The Gastronomic stage FOOD IS NOW digs into the wondrous universe of food, agriculture, and ways of living, while addressing challenges and hopes associated with regenerative – organic practices. Our food and agriculture production systems and everyday lives are under tremendous pressure from the current idea of mass production and stressful lifestyles, resulting in poor soil, food, and human living conditions.
Together with a diverse array of activists, enthusiasts, farmers, artists, and chefs, we explore how we can collectively work towards better ways of living for humans and all living organisms in nature, by focusing on regenerative – organic ways of living, production methods, our crops and food, and the people who ensure food on the table.
