Start your day right at Roskilde Festival with a breakfast at Food Is Now. Enjoy a BMO (that’s Bolle med Ost – a sourdough bun with cheese) and a cup of award-winning coffee from Coffee Collective.
Choose between a classic or plant-based BMO, meet the people behind the food, and enjoy a quiet moment before the festival energy kicks in.
From 11:00 to 11:30, stick around for a short breakfast talk where the producers break down the story and thinking behind each element on your plate.

Collective Bakery – fresh sourdough buns made with care
FÆRM – innovative plant-based cheese
