Return Policy

To return a purchase of physical products, your items must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
• Be in its original, unused, unaltered condition
• Be returned with original tags and packaging

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact shop@roskilde-festival.dk with subject line "Return Order xxxxx".

The price of our return labels is deducted from your refund when the return order is processed.
