Rent a BoogieBeam

• A refundable deposit of 600 DKK is required for the BoogieBeam, including the Volt Charger and cable.
• The deposit is paid when you collect the bundle at the festival and will be refunded once the BoogieBeam, Volt Charger, and cable are returned at the designated Volt Recharge Zones (G or P).
• Deposits are refunded to the same account used for payment, within up to 14 bank days after return.

Who is Mojo Studio?
Mojo Studio is a Danish design and technology brand founded by two experienced festival-goers. They developed BoogieBeam in collaboration with Roskilde Circular Lab to create a safe, social, and festival-friendly lighting solution.

How long does BoogieBeam run on a charge?
Approximately 5 hours per charge. Party and dancefloor modes are energy-efficient due to blinking light patterns, while practical illumination uses more continuous light.

Can I use BoogieBeam outside a rented canopy?
No. BoogieBeam is designed for use in rented canopies only. Using it outside its intended setup may cause damage and void the warranty.

Is BoogieBeam waterproof?
No. Exposure to rain, water, beer, or other liquids may damage the lamp and void the warranty.

What should I do if BoogieBeam stops working?
Follow the support instructions via the QR code on the lamp. If the issue cannot be resolved, the unit may be replaced at the original collection point, subject to availability.

Who provides the BoogieBeam and charging equipment?
BoogieBeam is developed and provided by Mojo Studio. The Volt Charger and cable are provided and operated by Volt.

How does charging work during the rental period?
Charging is handled through our Volt Charging Service, ensuring BoogieBeam is always ready to use.

How do I get my deposit back?

• Damage caused by negligence, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modification may result in partial or full loss of deposit.
• BoogieBeam, Volt Charger, and cable must be returned in working condition at the end of the festival.
• Deposits are refunded only once all items are returned at the designated return location during the same festival.
• If BoogieBeam stops working due to normal use, support instructions are provided via the QR code. Replacement may be offered if the issue cannot be resolved.
• Mojo Studio reserves the right to withhold deposit refunds if the product is returned damaged beyond normal wear.
