Glamping Tent (2 pax)

When purchasing a Glamping Tent, you pay a deposit of 1,600 DKK. The deposit will be refunded when you leave the festival and the return of your Glamping Tent has been approved. This is done by contacting the reception in the area.

Your Glamping Tent and the surrounding area must be left as tidy as when you arrived.

If you are several people who have each purchased their own Glamping Tent and wish to be placed together, you must complete our Camp form.

Please note that you must have purchased the exact same type of Glamping Tent in order to be placed together.

The reservation is valid for the entire festival. Please note that the area opens on Sunday 28 June at 10.

From Sunday 28 June at 10.00.

Arrival procedure:
When you book a Glamping Tent, you have access to the area and your tent from Sunday 28 June at 10:00.

Upon arrival, please check in at the reception in the area.

Access to the area:
You do not need a special wristband to access the area. Everyone with a standard festival wristband has access, but the area and shower facilities are reserved for you throughout the week.

You will be assigned a specific location and informed no later than one week before the festival. If you have purchased more than one product in the same order, these will be placed together.

Rules in the area:

• The power outlet in the Glamping Tent may only be used for charging computers and mobile phones. You may not draw power for items such as electric kettles, hair dryers, etc.
  
• Setting up pavilions is not permitted.
  
• Any form of open fire, including candles, oil lamps, etc., is prohibited.
  
• It is not permitted to move Glamping Tents or set up additional tents or gazebos in the area.
  
• Anyone with a valid festival wristband may move freely within the area.
  
• There are several items that you are not allowed to bring into the camping area. You can find an overview of all prohibited items here
  
• The Glamping Tent area is a quiet area where amplified sound must be limited to a level that can be heard in and around your own Glamping Tent.
  
• Upon departure, your Glamping Tent and the surrounding area must be cleared of all personal gear and equipment.
  
• You must follow the instructions of the camping hosts regarding arrival, placement, behaviour, and departure.
  
• All festival camping areas close on Sunday 5 July at 12.00, and you must have left the area by then.
