You can pick up your beer or cider pretty much around the clock at the beer stalls at the campsite. Here’s when you can pick up your packages:

Saturday 29 June 16:00 – 04:00 (Sunday)
Sunday 30 June at 10:00 to Friday 5 July at 04:00 (Saturday)
Saturday 6 July at 10:00 – 06:00 (Sunday)


How to pick up at Roskilde Festival

You pick up products at the festival through your personal digital wallet in the Roskilde Festival app.

You’ll receive an email with more information as we get closer to the festival.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old and must verify your age at pick-up.

Your digital voucher is only valid for the duration of Roskilde Festival 2024 and need to be picked up before Sunday 7 July at 06.00.

When can I pick up the products I have rented?

When the campsite opens on Saturday 29 June, you can pick up you pre rented camping equipment in the selected Service Hubs (see map).

The camping equipment can be picked up during the entire festival.

What can I do if I have problems with the products?

If you experience problems, contact the staff in one of the Service Hubs where you picked up your camping equipment. In the case of minor defects/damages, the Service Hub staff will help you repair the products. If the product is completely broken, it will be possible to have a new one handed out.

Patching equipment will be handed out together with the air mattresses, so you can patch minor leaks yourself.

When do I have to return the products?

You have to return your camping equipment in one of the Service Hubs, before leaving Roskilde Festival. You can do this no later than Sunday 7 July at 11.00. Service hubs will be located throughout the festival (see map).

What happens if I forget to return the camping equipment?

If the products are not returned before Sunday 7 July at 11:00 in one of the Service Hubs (see map) you will lose the deposit you paid when you rented the products.

In what condition do you expect the products to be returned?

When you rent camping equipment from the festival, we hope that you and your fellow campers will help take good care of it! So that we can use the equipment year after year, and do our planet and ourselves a great favour!

Should bad luck strike and something accidentally break anyway, you will still be able to get your deposit back. You just have to come back with the whole product - even if it may be damaged. When returning the tent, we will ask you to separate the parts, so the outer tent, inner tent and pegs as well as poles are returned separately.

  • We would like to have the mattress returned deflated.
  • The pavilion just needs to be folded.
