Rent Your Tent is Roskilde Festival's new tent rental offer. Your tent is already pitched when you arrive, and you can’t take it with you after the festival. We will clean the tent so that we can reuse it for several years. In 2023, we have abolished the previous Get A Tent solution and have chosen to exclusively have Rent A Tent.  

It's the perfect solution if you like the camping ambience but would like to avoid the hassle of bringing your own tent and searching for the right spot to pitch it. 

Please note that you still need a ticket to Roskilde Festival. This is an add-on to make your experience more comfortable. Buy your ticket here.

Deposit

When you buy a Rent Your Tent, you’ll have to pay a deposit of DKK 400. The deposit will be refunded when you return the tent to reception.

The deposit is refunded to the payment card used for the original purchase.

Camp Together

When you buy a Rent Your Tent you will be assigned a space that you will be referred to at least a week before the festival.

If you and your friends want to camp next to each other, buy your Rent Your Tent as part of the same order. If that’s not possible, fill in a form (coming soon) after purchase with your names, e-mails and tickets order numbers and we will do what we can to help.

Please note that Rent Your Tent is divided into three locations, if you want to camp next to each other, the order must be in the same location.

Reservation period

Rent Your Tent is reserved for the entire festival.

2 festival-goers (208 x 162 x 116 cm)

Arrival & Access

There are three locations for Rent Your Tent – ​​North, East and South (see map).

Opening date: Saturday 24 June 16:00, with the possibility of Early Entry from 10:00 to 16:00 (Early Entry can be booked in the spring).

Please note that Rent Your Tent in North will not open until Tuesday 27 June.

How to get there:

  • Rent Your Tent - North: Via Maglegårdsvej/Darupvej
  • Rent Your Tent - East: Via entrance East
  • Rent Your Tent - South: Via entrance East

Rules for the area

You don’t need a special wristband to enter the Rent Your Tent campsite. Everyone with a regular festival wristband has access, but the area and its bathing facilities is reserved for you all week.
